Consultant mode Julie takes part in the meeting rather than only answering when called — correcting a wrong figure, naming a risk nobody raised, adding what the room is missing. She stays quiet by default and pauses between remarks. You can change this during the meeting too.

Julie is writing the Minutes… She is reading back everything that was said and drafting the document. This usually takes under a minute, longer for a long meeting. The Minutes will appear below on their own — please keep this page open.

Consultant mode Julie takes part in the meeting instead of only answering when called: she corrects a wrong figure, names a risk nobody has raised, or adds something the room is missing. She stays quiet by default and waits a while between remarks, so she does not talk over the meeting. You can still call her by name at any time.

Answer when somebody says “Julie” out loud — otherwise only when you press the button. Costs nothing extra: the meeting is being transcribed either way.
